This policy is applicable only for orders placed on the FUZE by RUMPUNCH site -
• Delivery will be free island wide & order dispatch will take place within 10 working days from order confirmation for orders placed before 12 Noon IST.
• Once an order is dispatched, a notification will be sent via email to the customer and the delivery will be handled by Certis Lanka our local delivery fulfillment partner (Hotline – +94769222598).
• Customer signature is required on the courier slips.
• Delivery will be charged as per the “Shipping Cost” mentioned at checkout & order dispatch will take place within 10 working days from order confirmation for orders placed before 12 Noon IST.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. RUMPUNCH cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs at the point of receipt. All duties and taxes charged on international orders at the point of receipt are to be borne by the recipient.
RUMPUNCH has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
At RUMPUNCH, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as swimsuits purchased through ‘FUZE’ by RUMPUNCH are customized to suit the client’s individual tastes, certain limitations do apply.
For customized swimwear, exchange will be possible, in the event of manufacturing defects or damage caused during the shipping process. Such items will be remanufactured to the customer’s original design and re-shipped within ten working days of receiving original defective/damaged item.
• On receipt of advice/instructions, please post the original item(s) to reach us at, RUMPUNCH, ATTN: Brand Manager, RUMPUNCH, 32 First Chapel Lane, Colombo 06. Defective items should be returned within 28 days from the date of original shipment by us.
• All items returned to us must be in original condition with all original tags attached, hygiene liner in place and must be free of any odor and/or stains. Assessment of the condition of the returned item(s) will be at the sole discretion of RUMPUNCH.
• The item must not have been worn, washed or otherwise used.
• In the event that an item has been damaged during the shipping process, the damaged bag should be returned along with the damaged goods.
• Custom designed items, will be re-manufactured to the customer’s original request and re-shipped within ten working days.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
